Office 365



You can now access your email online though Office 365, login with your school email and password and select 'Mail'. Click here for information on the other feature of Office 365.

 Smart Device (Mobile Phones and Tablets)


This will stop updating once your mailbox has been moved, and may display an error when trying to download emails.  The server used for collecting emails will need changing to within the account configuration on your device.  Brief instructions for accessing this option are shown here: -


Android (this may vary slightly dependent on the Android software version on your device): -


  1. Open your email application and tap on the three horizontal lines in the top left hand corner
  2. Tap ‘Manage Accounts’, then select the account associated with your school email
  3. Scroll down to ‘More Settings’ and tap this
  4. Scroll down again to ‘Exchange Server Settings’ and tap this
  5. Make sure that your email address and username is 
  6. Change the ‘Exchange server’ to ‘’ (without the quotes)
  7. Tap ‘Done’ when completed and check that you can receive email


IOS (Apple Devices)


  1. Open Settings, then select ‘Mail, Contacts, Calendars
  2. Select the Account associated with your school email
  3. Tap on the Account line at the top
  4. Change the Server to ‘’ (without the quotes)
  5. If present, remove the ‘Domain’ setting
  6. Set the ‘Username’ and 'Email address' to
  7. Tap ‘Done’ when completed and check that you can receive email
